A.Projemaster is currently a team of three people with extensive experience in mechanical design.

Alberto Höher, founder and technical directior, has worked in mechanical design for mor that 45 years. He worked 23 years in engineering at MASSEY-FERGUSON (now AGCO Corporation), 19 of those years as the engineering manager for combine harvesters and tractors. He also worked 3 years for John Deere in product development before founding A.Projemaster.

Alberto’s specialties include new product development, project managment and organization, calculations, fabrication processes, and geartrain design.

Marcelo Höher has been a mechanical designer A.Projemaster since 2007. He graduated as an industrial automation technician from Escola Técnica José Cesar de Mesquita.

Marcelo’s specialties include drive axles, transmissions, 3D modeling, standards, and release processes.

Brian Hollatz joined A.Projemaster in 2015. He is a graduate of Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa with a batchelor’s and master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering. Brian has been working in mechanical design for more than 15 years. He worked 13 years in combine harvester design at AGCO Corporation: 3 years in Hesston, KS, USA, 5 years in Canoas, Brazil, and 5 years in Breganze, Italy. He is fluente in Portuguese, English, and Italian.

Brian’s specialties include project managment and organization, CAD methodology, structural design and evaluation, combine harvester design, calculations, and material flow.
